laik.cc Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: You must be an individual with full legal capacity or a lawfully established legal entity.
• Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. All activity performed through your account, including AI-agent configuration and payment, is treated as your activity and remains your responsibility.

• Service model: laik.cc provides AI-agent customization and operation services on a monthly paid basis.
• Payment and renewal: The service does not charge you automatically. Three days before the service period ends, the system will open or present the next-month renewal channel. You must pay manually to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Refund policy: See our Refund Policy for the detailed prorated-refund method.

When using laik.cc, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with the technical and commercial rules below. You must not perform, or help another person perform, any of the following activities through the services:

• No distillation: You may not use output data, responses, or generated content from laik.cc AI agents to train, develop, or optimize your own or a third party's AI model, language model, or competing product through distillation, fine-tuning, or any similar mechanism.
• No reverse proxying or relaying: You may not repackage, route, or redistribute laik.cc AI-agent services, user interfaces, or backend data through a reverse proxy, automated script, API relay, or any other technical method.
• No resale: Unless laik.cc gives prior written commercial authorization, you may not sell, sublicense, subcontract, rent, or otherwise provide your account, AI-agent access, compute allowance, or relayed services to a third party, whether for payment or free of charge.
• Comply with upstream model terms: laik.cc AI agents may connect to multiple major language models. In addition to this Agreement, you must comply with the end-user terms, developer terms, and content policies of the applicable upstream model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba, and Tencent. You may not use the platform to circumvent an upstream provider's safety filters or abuse controls.

• Platform rights: All intellectual-property rights in the laik.cc platform interface, code, proprietary AI-agent architecture, algorithms, and registered trademarks belong to us.
• User content: You retain ownership or usage rights in the data and prompts you submit and in the specific work product generated for you. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the current services.

• Uncertainty of AI output: You understand and agree that AI-generated content may be limited, inaccurate, or outdated. All output is provided for reference only and does not constitute professional advice or a legal commitment.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, laik.cc is not liable for direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content or from a service interruption caused by system maintenance or network disruption.

If you breach this Agreement or applicable law, we may suspend services, close the account, or remove a non-compliant AI agent without prior notice.

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement through good-faith consultation. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
