Service & Delivery
LAIKCC delivers a digital service (tool-access configuration). Nothing is physically shipped.
1. What is delivered
After payment you receive an Order ID. The service is activated once operations help bind your first device; you are notified by email, and the order page shows the slot and instructions.
2. Delivery time
Activation usually takes 1–30 minutes. Service hours are 09:00–21:00 daily (Hong Kong time) and we handle activation within them; for orders paid outside service hours, activation moves to the start of the next service hours, i.e. counted from the next 09:00.
The service period is counted as set out in section 4 of the Terms of Service, from 12:00 (Hong Kong time) on the anchor day, and does not shift with the activation time.
3. Teams and enterprise
Team plans are activated slot by slot; a member enters the activation queue after accepting the invite and signing in. Enterprise procurement is delivered in batches per the agreed delivery plan.

LAIKCC is an independent configuration and service provider, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party provider. Model series names are used only to describe the service. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
